Analyze commute time between points of interest
Ever wondered what's the right time to start from home for work? Google Maps gives you current commute times based on traffic but it doesn't give you a historical view for you to analyze what's the right window to start from a place to reach in the least possible acceptable time.
Hence, commute-traffic. This a Golang program that queries Google Maps API to get commute time between destinations specified in the config file & then sends them to Elasticsearch for analysis and generate beautiful graphs via Kibana.
